Changing Mobile Operator question

My Starhub mobile plan end on 9 May 2013 and I intend to switch over to SingTel while keeping the same mobile number.

Can I go to SingTel shop on 9 May to switch over or must wait till 10 May?

should be on 9 May, coz your contract ends that day. imo

to be very sure,
I suggest u go on the 10th.

You're still contracted on the 9th May (friday anwyway).

9 may is safe since its the last day plus porting take 1 working day fastest.
