If i wanted to change my online brokerage platform (From UOB Kayhian to DBS), will I be able to sell stocks I bought on the previous platform UOB on DBS Vickers?

Depending on whether your shares are held in CDP or in the custody of the brokerage (custodian service). If it is the former, you can use any brokerage platform if your account is CDP linked. If it is the latter, you have to stick to the same brokerage.

UOB Kayhian and DBS Vickers put the shares in CDP, so there isn't a problem. The only issue you might have is if you use the portfolio tracking tools.

I have both, but not tried cross buying/selling.

Bedokian is more correct as there are many platforms one can buy/sell shares.
