changing region for appstore

Hi guys, i currently have a SG based appleid with some prepaid amount stored in my account. I also have an active apple music account and because of these, i couldnt switch region to install some of the apps.

Is there any way i can register a new appleid for another region and install on my iphone? would the current data and music on my phone be deleted away if i log out of my sg account and log into a new apple id account?

Yes, you can create multiple apple ids each one for various region. For items downloaded on the phone, it'll stay there even when you switch account, just that some apps might not get update if you're login to a region that the app is unavailable.
Do note that each country has its own iTunes gift card that can only be used for their respective country. E.g you can only use usd itunes card for us appleid/store, sgd card for sg store, etc

Deleted on your phone yes.
You'll need to re-sync the songs on Apple Music once you sign back into your original account.
