I got a new charger (VGPAC19V19) instead of VGPAC19V37 for my Sony VPCEA15FG. The charger head fits but the ampere is 0.05 lower than the 'correct' one. Will it still work? Will it damage the computer?

The output wattage fluctuation could well be more than 0.05w any time any day.

Don't bother with such small difference.

Thread moved to the appropriate forum.

charger

The difference is not 0.05watt it is 0.05 amps.

The charger and computer got quite hot also (maybe I haven't used it in a really long time and not used to it?) It is also slower. Does not booting a laptop for 3 weeks slow it down a little?

Sorry for posting in wrong forum.
