Charging for 4G

I believe Starhub has already said after a certain date (can't remember when), they will charge for 4G. People were expecting M1 & Singtel to follow but I just noticed SingTel has stated on their website 4G charges waived permanently while M1 claims its free till Dec 2014.

With Singtel going FOC permanently, do you think M1 will also follow suit? Or will they follow Starhub and charge for 4G?
