I more interested how TCJ and CLH are involved with Fujian gang. Still no idea what is the significance of the photo.

Maybe the influential power from the ex-Speaker Of Parliament to access state information in the parliamentary sessions & also to invite other MPs & other ministers in the parliament to join the Fujian gang events?

You need to find out which country hosted the AIPA General Assembly in the picture. Although it is meant for ASEAN MPs, the host government has the right to invite special guests to participate. If the country in the photo is Cambodia, I'll not be surprised if Fujian gang member (as Cambodian citizen) managed to bribe his way to participate in the event to network. That means not attending any discussion plenary sessions, but just hang around during lunch break or post-meeting to mix with participants and network.

There's also possibility that Fujian gang member could be MP representing the host country. Bribery goes a long way to buy a paper parliamentary post. Nobody knows what is the background of Fujian gang member in his ASEAN country of citizenship bought with $$$.
