Cheap flight to Guangzhou

Hi any cheap airlines that fly to Guangzhou? I search Jetstar and their timing really sucks to the max. China Southern Airline booking to troublesome, entering the mobile phone format is always wrong. damn pls help, need to book a flight urgently

You can also fly to Shenzhen, after that take MRT from airport to SZ North Railway Station, change to high speed railway (45 minutes @ 75 RMB) to GZ. Maybe there's bus service from SZ airport to GZ city?

Or fly to Macau, cross border to Zhuhai, take high speed railway to GZ city.

I took Jetstar once, arrived at 130am, took airport bus (17RMB) to railway station, wait at the zhenggongfu fastfood restaurant until 6am....

I did that a few times. ZhenGongFu at Guangzhou Railway Station till dawn... hahaha.

As mentioned, there are many ways to get to Guangzhou, besides the direct route. You can even fly to Hong Kong first and get to Guangzhou by boat or train, if you are not pressed for time.

If you cannot book China Southern online, go to a tour agency.

i don't think there is last minute cheap flight, especially budget airline need to book at least half a year to get their promotion fare

Yep. 1st phase of the Canton Fair. Unless you going for the fair or need to attend some important event, otherwise, change your dates. Even if you get cheap air ticket, you will need to pay more for hotel room.

I think the cheapest at this moment is still China Southern. How come you have problem with entering the contact number??? Did you input +65 follow by your mobile? Eg. +65********. I went all the way until payment.

yar i entered +65xxxxxxx. keep saying wrong format. anyway i not going for the Fair, im going to Andy Lau Concert haha Out of the 4 places he's holding the concert, Guangzhou seems to be the cheapest to go. Unless there are cheaper flight tickets for Shanghai, Beijing or Nanjing.

Jetstar to Beijing, Scoot to Tianjin (high speed train to Beijing) and Nanjing.

Jetstar and Air Asia to Hangzhou (high speed train to Shanghai).

Andy Lau Concert Guangzhou seems to be the cheapest to go. Unless there are cheaper flight tickets for Shanghai, Beijing or Nanjing.

Zuji is safe to book air ticket.
Check out which hotel you wish to stay.
The venue is not within the GZ city centre, no mrt. You can get a cab there but can you get a cab back?

thats why im worried too haiz... and most of flight from GZ back to SG timing sucks. Malaysia Airlines depart at 1.20am.. -.-

was thinking of changing destination. now have to explore and research around Nanjing, Beijing or Shanghai

Unless u change to Tiger airways morning flight, is slightly more expensive . But the flight timing is better compared to the midnight flight

Depending on individual habit. I would rather sleep late at 3am in GZ than to wake up early at 3am for a flight in SGP.

Sometimes, I will just head to airport right after work for the flight, be it SQ, Tiger or Jetstar. Only thing is extra 1 night for hotel room. But imagine, unless you can get someone to send you to airport at 3am, you will still need some money for taxi. I stay BB, so it is almost one end to the other.

Have taken airport shuttle bus , around 20 rmb one person. Took at 9.30pm, the last bus from guangzhou hotel there, then reached airport around 10.30 and stay there until 1.30am lol !!!
