Cheap Monitors?

Hello guys, thinking of getting a monitor for my laptop to have dual monitor setup but I am on a budget (less than 120), is there any monitor that cost as low as that? I don't mind the screen size or input ports.

Can get a budget 19" for about $120 ....... or a budget 20" for few dollars more ....... can use mynextcom online shop to check price.......
