Cheap, quiet, LED Case Fans?

Going for this setup.




Do note that this is not my diagram and the components in there are different from mine.

Rig specs:
MOBO: MSI Z87 GD65
CPU: i7-4770K
RAM: Avexir Core Series (4x4GB)
GPU: ASUS HD7970 Direct CU II TOP 3GB
SSD: Plextor M5Pro Xtreme 128gb
HDD: Hitachi 1TB
CASE: NZXT Switch 810
PSU: Corsair AX1200
COOLER: H100i

Curious to what fans I need (Where need higher static pressure, where no need).

Any recommendations? All use same fan or use better fans for push/pull h100i?

Looking for Led fans, Cheap and quiet(don't think need quiet if I can control the speed..? Since I can just tone it down any time with a software? What software..? LOL.
Not really sure yet haven't done any reading on fans.

Im planning to buy a fan controller bay. For me i think can get the sharkoon red 120mm. It actually came with my sharkoon t28. Honestly the fan isnt noisy at all despite connecting to psu.

From what I know you want to have higher static pressure fans for radiators, or when you need to push air through an obstacle ie harddrive cage. Corsair have their own series of airflow fans and static pressure fans.

Also: I'd avoid the CM sickleflow fans. I read somewhere that its one of the worst performer out there. Own a few of them for case intake, fairly audible at full RPM in my experience

Saw one guy in the sale forum selling them for $15 each but no LED. From what I seen on the web, it got many positive reviews. But i'm no fan expert.. i usually use those stock case fans.

Remember seeing NZXT fans around the 15-18$ range before at SLS quite some time ago too.

I am also surprised that your casing doesn't come with a built-on fan controller.

$19 for LED fan considered cheap already wor. Enermax Vegas $30-$40++

Go for non-LED is another option...but then you need them bling bling. I personally got sick of bling bling and preferred total silence in my rig. When you think of mounting fans for rads, the usual suspects are pressure-optimized fans like Noctua NF-F12, Corsair SP120 QE, Scythe GT (or just live with the stock fans) etc.

Spectre - def not, they are just regular case fans
Spectre Pro - i think might just be okay, just check online reviews of it performing on rads

Hmm.. So i get spectre pro for rads, intake, then sickleflo or any moderate fans for exhaust?


For the rad, can like this or not?

This can? Cos if pushing through obstacle need high static pressure then only below h100i use better fans such as bitfenix spectre pro should be fine?

Or need all use high static pressure fans?
