I think u can search for HGST TURO series or Toshiba Caiver series and Seagate. But ain't sure WD is it consider cheap for u or not. Next I think u can find adata in qoo10.

Well I have seen their cavio series still quite OK, reliable is hard to say as this really depends on your usage and also how well you maintain or maybe you are suay and got issues.
