Cheapest 4k display card

Planning to get a 4k monitor but using onboard H77 gfx at the moment.
What is the cheapest graphic card in the market I should look at that supports 4K resolution? I don't game.

Any cheapest gfx card will do.

The more troublesome thing is the connection. It must support HDMI 2.0 or DP 1.3 to natively output 4k without daisychain.

960 would suffice. You really need dp cable not hdmi. 30 hz sucks a lot

How bad does 30hz suck for normal spreadsheet/internet work/mkv?

I reckon I will need HDMI 2.0 for 4k@60hz else if I am doing 30hz, HDMI 1.4 will do?

Hdmi 2.0 is not widely available.
