Cheapest RAID 1 setup? For NVR appliance

If I wanna build a compact NVR that has just 2 HDD to run RAID 1 for basic redundancy, what is the cheapest (but ok quality like Intel NUC) setup like?

Atom CPU, 4GB ram is more than sufficient.
