Im looking to buy a pc for my cousin, hes not a power user but frequently deals with scanning for work document. Budget is around $350. Do not need kb/mouse, dvd drive, OS or monitor. Please recommend me the fastest build I can get.

Possible to add in a i3-4130? If I use that, how to make it wifi capable? I have a 200mbps wireless modem btw

Get the TP Link USB wireless N 300mbps around $25

Not possible to go i3. It will be at $238 already. Unless you forgo Sharkoon case and get the no brand type chassis.

I have a few old(about 7-8 years old) cpu case, can I use them? The only disadvantage would be the lack of USB 3.0 right? No brand type chassis is fine, actually HDD I can reuse the old ones.

If HDD use old one and chassis reuse can get the Asus H81 board with i3 at $238.

If dont mind can get a Asrock B75m dgs + i3 3220 ~ $211

No gaming will be involved, should I get the i3-3220 instead of the i3-4130 then? Im looking for a computer thats responsive whenever its needed

The 2 of them don't have a huge difference. But at just $30 away just get he Asus h81 board with the i3 4130.
