I have an experience to share to all IT gadget fans. I had sent my pc to change power supply unit. I have ask for CM 750W to replace my spoilt PS unit. After the worker confirmed with his boss for CM 750W at $190. Both parties agreed and the sale work order was printed. The next day I notice that the boss give me CM 700W at same price. I am not happy and call to find out why he give me CM 700W. He argued with me regarding this and simply refuses to give what we agreed upon. I put a trust in him and the shop but he cheated me. To all those who stayed in the eastern side please do not send any IT gadgets to "ITFIX services" at 440 pasir ris dr 4 just to avoid the same experience I face.

Where is your receipt? The receipt should state clearly the model and wattage of the PSU. If this differs from the actual PSU you should go to CASE or SCT immediately. No need to argue. Its obvious you did not get what you paid for.

That is one reason why its important to go to shops that issue proper itemised receipts. If not words against words, you have no case.
