About 3 months ago, on a Friday Daniel (as showed in the picture) approached me to borrow 6k and he claimed that it's a job that our mutual friend A asked him to do. He asked me to xfer 3k to his mom's account and 3k to another account which link to his so-called side business and he told me he lives at BLK330 Yishun Ring Road cos he never signed any IOU.
He portrait himself very poor and promised to me that he will return me on the following Thursday cos he claimed that he got some income from WINSLEY, LANCE & PAT coming on Thursday. I thought that since we have mutual friends then I just borrow to him immediately and I didn't ask for any IOUs. Meanwhile he tried to sell me master note as well and he claimed that you are very interested in the master note so he tried to convince me to invest too. I told him I am not interested. But on the following Thursday he called me saying that he will let another guy called Winsley but I never received any money from him.
I told Daniel that I need the money urgently cos I need to pay some bills and part-time master tuition fee and because he is unable to return me on time I have delayed to pay some bills which cost me 1.5k extra penalty. He seems like doesn't care and he only return me back 3k about two months ago and he kept push the responsibility to one of our mutual friend B and asked her to return on behalf of him. Since he never sign any IOUs to me so I record our phone call conversation. I have tried to seek our mutual friend C for help to call him to return me my money. He told our mutual friend C to return within 5 days but in the end he never return to me and nobody helped him return the money to me on behalf of him. And recently I have been calling and texting him saying that I need the money urgently now but he never reply.
He is really thick skin and has no pride that even so many people helped me chase him to return back my money but he still keep ignoring. I can't reach him now so I post here.
