Update:
Ok transfer to bank account from shopeepay went through but when i wanted to transfer my remaining balance of $199 they are charging admin fee $0.20.

The first time i wasn't charged but now there is. So not sure it's just the 1st transfer that is free or they are seeing lots of this kind of transaction so they are implementing this.
