Chevrolet Aveo Sedan 1.4 - Problems

Hi ,

Would just like to have any feedback with the above car :

1) The dashboard has MELTED. have any of you had this similar problem ?

2) The air-con compressor has blown. Know anywhere I can get a reasonably priced replacement ( new ). I have been quoted SGD 600 dollars for it.
