China train ticket name input

Hey guys,

When you buy train tickets from ctrip or any other websites, do you need in include your pinyin name?

For example passport says: Tan Ah Gao, John (Chen AhGou)

So you input: TanAhGaoJohnChenAhGou - no spacing, no comma, no brackets?

Any advice guys?

Follow the name on your passport. Make sure the passport number is correct too.

Thks for the reply. I ask ctrip & also China DIY travel, they said put full name including pinyin name, remove commas & brackets as system does not allow it.
