Thousands to hundreds of thousands become broke from export+tourism complete shutdown.

Scenario 2
as per what is happening now.
many countries took 1/20 of the hundreds of millions to few billions worth hit but accumulatively already more than the scenario 1 financial hit.
Positive part is probably only 1/10 to 1/50 of thousands to hundreds of thousands become broke from export+tourism not here not there shutdown. And there is transition period, meaning those who loss jobs can find other jobs as there is a gradual loss of jobs instead of instant hit of 10x-20x more people losing jobs together.

Hard to say if scenario 1 will work out to completely eradicate the virus after 2 month.

Truth is the whole world is printing
Why? Because if only amdks print money, the fx rate of their money would have crashed by now. It does everyone no good for fx rate to move so much in a short time as imports exports prices will jump / crash and trade flows will reverse, especially for china when its a net exporter. So to keep the fx rate stable, china has to print a proportionate equivalent amount of money too.
They just didnt tell you, thats all.
