Chinese Visa Submission on Behalf

Hi Guys,

Not sure if I posted on the right place.
I'm Malaysian SPR and I saw on the website it is possible to get someone to do the submission on my behalf, just want to check if there will be any issue/risk for doing that? I'm trying to avoid spending 1 day leave just for the process (1/2 day for submission and 1/2 day for collecting).

Have you been there personally? Have you seen how's the crowd like before?

Book online the time slot on the day you prefer & you will run over the short or long queue .
I did it 1-2 months ago for my relative & I was there.
Anyway it was not too crowded even if walked in on
that morning.

Why don't you convert to Singapore citizenship ?
Holding PR good meh ?
