IMHO.
Believers do.
How year affect individual, how individual affect each other.

Basically, every Zodiac animal has 2 allies and 1 secret friend. Also 2 incompatible Zodiac animals and 1 sworn enemy.

Some people look for compatibility and avoid Zodiac animals that clash.

Actually just look at yr siblings at home can figure out.See which one always have conflict with you and which others can get along better than the other and then compare the zodiac chart reading.

At work or even tenants can check to see compatibility and I wld say it is quite accurate.

some people very superstitious, even the seat location, facing which direction etc will impact your future

I used to think so. I have also witnessed examples like 雞犬不寧 on multiple datasets. Also and didn't gel.

But still, there are exceptions. And I do not care for it these days.

Doesn't this sounds like the Rooster is the problem with most many??

find your own group of animals. usually 4 in each group. eg monkey, chicken, rat and dragon. then when hiring, check the year they are born.

i never look in detail for this when i filter cvs to reduce any bias. but safely, i can conclude after many years of interviewing and hiring, compatible hires are easier to work with and much easier to understand. perhaps its also my style where i get group consensus before making any decisions.

english zodiac, i use it to figure out their personality so i know what style of approach will work best with them.
