Yes it is... I used about half a bottle of HaiTian char siew sauce... but I might have overdone with the fish sauce so it is kinda salty that is why I added more water to become a gravy...

Some Japanese Chilli Powder mix, the extra white sesame seeds is I add one.

If it is yellow noodles rather than Kway Teow might have been nicer... as the kway teow become nua nua and end up feel like eating broken up chee cheong fun.
