Authentic to what dish??

I was trying to copy the Chicken Cutlet Noodles style... authentic one got no minced pork and prawns though... last time I eat before something similar at one of the food stall in the old HDB HQ @ Bukit Merah. Inside is that kind of broad white noodles, mixed vegetables... then they put the chicken cutlet on top and lump the sauce over.

To Chicken Katsudon Ramen.

But I guess if you got Chicken Katsudon Ramen while trying to make the above, then honestly adding or omitting the frozen vegetables will make no difference to the authencity.

Just a name I thought of.... since the chicken cutlet is literally katsudon on the packaging.. I just air fry it only.. ramen because the dried noodles says... Chuka Ramen..

hmm if I'm not wrong, it should be tori katsu because "katsu don" refers to pork cutlet rice if "katsu" is not specified. :o

So katsudon ramen don't make sense for your dish, it's more accurately tori katsu ramen :o

KYM? Stir Fry Cabbage with Carrots and Fresh Mushrooms + Stir Fry Red Wine Chinese Sausages with Onions.

Today Stir Fry Cabbage taste better as I refuse to add water, just need to keep stirring until all the moisture from the vegetables is forced out and cook itself. But damn tiring my hand nearly cramp up. Adding water to stew it would be faster but the taste will be homogenous as all seasoning and vegetables taste all mixed together.
