choosing a NIKON digital camera

hi guys, im not sure whether to purchase which model of Nikon digital camera. basically, this camera is for travel/normal usage but i ve round down to these 3 models.

care to shed some light on this? thank you so much in advance!

COOLPIX-P300 $499
