Choosing a ring

There's a girl I'm going out with and I'm planning to get her a ring for Christmas. Just a casual gift, so nothing too expensive. On a slight budget.

Any ideas where I should go to get one? Don't need one with a clear gem, something like Pandora's twist of fate. But looking for other options. Any tips?
