So should death penalty once more or no?
Why not use those tried and true method. I guess the injection never circulate through her body. So technically that counts as a botched injection? But technically, one could argue the death penalty is not yet meted out since the desired outcome was not met? The solution only concentrated around her arm.

Surviving a botched execution doesn't mean she gets to walk free... its an urban legend saying that you cannot execute a person twice...

But it is likely that she will be commuted to life sentence instead... depends on how her legal team and the state legal system deal with it...

There was another guy before Christa who also had a blotched execution because they can even find his vein.

At first his sentence kena postponed for a year but now, maybe he will get another extension.

Depends on what went wrong... and also depends on which kind of lethal injection... some got 1 dose some 2 doses... even 3 doses...

but i think most likely will have some effects... both short and long term...

The psychological effect alone might take months to recover...
