AXA has it. It is called LivingEnhancer. Premium wise is the same if not higher than their normal term.

I have more than one WL CI policy from ntuc income, so I have the choice to keep one and terminate the rest shld I need money for retirement.

Ntuc no longer offer what I have, u can check with them what they are offering now.

U can also check with Great Eastern for the premiums. Think they also have such plans.
