CIMB: Access suspended

Anyone facing this issue at the moment? I couldn't login since evening. After a few attempts it just say 'access has been suspended'. I called in and they said there's a network problem.

not sure if it's related to the fire/explosion / power outage earlier in town area?

yeah, but there's no clear idea when it's going to be up. and, it's not like it's down, the site is not down (login page). but my access has been "suspended". what does it mean?

rather poor experience. first time having problem with them.

those of you who tried to login, did you get the same error message? "the account has been suspended".

Imo, they are one of the best in terms of customer service. You can reach them easily within 2 step which many other banks struggle with. Usually any issues I have are also quickly solved.

Since they already know about the issue and told you about it, chill first. Mine shows the same suspended screen.

agreed on the reach them within 2 steps. gosh other local bank make you tour around one

my access was also suspended last night.
I called in and CSO said to log in next day (today), no reasons given.
Now it is ok liao.
