Really? What if I am a CIMB bank customer with a existing fixed deposit with them but open a new SA 2 days ago?
The tnc clearly defines who is considered a new customer. Tnc quoted and bold above!Existing customers dun need to learn the hack! So long you have a qualifying account, you are not new, my guess, need to read the tnc! You can confirm with customer service if you open Fastsaver, are you new? If new, I teach you how to hack.
If you prefer Fastsaver, you can open and register. Fastsaver 1k, Starsaver 5k. I prefer Fastsaver, better exit strategy, get more base interest if less than 100k and 20 days in advance!
Edit:
TNC new customers: You are not new!
A “New Customer” is
defined as an individual who does not have any existing single or joint CIMB Fixed Deposit,
Current or Savings Account(s), or has not terminated or closed any CIMB Fixed Deposit,
Current or Savings Account(s) in his/her own name or jointly with another person with the
Bank within the past twelve (12) months immediately prior to the Promotion Period.
Seems many existing or "potential" customers dun read tnc!

. info from cimb not me. I also confuse. cos each time I call them to cfm. they seems giving me different version
