Guys I'm confused.

I have deposited in prior to 31st August the balance of at least 11,000 in the account.

One tranche 1000
Two separate tranches of 10,000.
Above was done close to end of August.

So end of August I got very little interest cause one or two days interest.

But for month of September BI - only got $1 plus interest? Is this BI for month of August? So I should expect a higher amount for mid month of sept BI?

I expected 21000*0.035/360*21

Why *21? You had the balance for 21 days? Anyway it's /365 and not /360. Day count is actual/actual

the BI will always be less than 3.5%

Cause BI= 3.5%-Base interest

I think easier way is to take your (base interest aug + BI sep) / ADB aug to see if its 3.5% if you wanna tally

I had cimb cc in the past only. It's only recently with their high interests promo that I opened Savings Account with them.
