Just need an incremental topup from 30/6 balance to "activate" the bonus interest till 30/9 correct?

Devil in the details. Terms and conditions read only the incremental fresh fund get the bonus interest so it is better you transfer everything out for this month and park it elsewhere and come back on 1 September for CIMB.

Top up more than incremental 5k will activate the promo, landing you in that batch depending on your month.

So, likely yours is the June 2024 batch, meaning it is compared against May 2024 ADB.
Up to you to continue increasing your monies inside the account as long as more than incremental 5K against MAY 2024 ADB

Most banks have a cutoff time that is before midnight. It's quite a gamble if you are transferring in at night.

But i am not sure if that's for the business accounts or normal accounts.

That's what i thought as well. Moved some funds in and out while on SCB eSaver at that time and for some reason, the month with transfer doesn't tally with my excel but the month where i didnt have any transfer is correct.

email approved in about 15 minutes at night although they said up to 3 business days
but need a second step to video verify via MS teams by appointment from whatsapp robot .... appointment date very far forward like 3 weeks , during which the functions are limited like cannot withdraw or transfer out or change some limit settings on app

you can literally start the app and deposit as soon as the email
