CIMB is correct and there is an error in your calculation

why you add Mth 1 ( Jan with 31 days), Mth 2 (Feb with 28 days). Mth 3 (Mar with 31 days) and multiply by 4? use 365 days please

Cause this is the bonus interest.

Which in this case assuming you have started on the first day of Jan and maintained till last day of March without any changes in the sum, would mean you have around 40K that are eligible?

You have to add the "INTEREST CREDIT", that appears at the end of month for Jan Feb and Mar, with the "INT GIRO PAYMENT CR" to get your 3.2%

There are some pre-conditions to meet, did you read through the T&Cs to make sure you met all of them?
Eg, it's $5k increment over 31 Dec, not simply a deposit of $5k.
