it is base int + BI = 3.5%
Base int will be accrued daily and paid end of the month
BI will be paid by 20th of the following month

Yes but if you have higher balances StarSaver is better, otherwise FastSaver.

slight difference i feel, this one interest calculated daily and can withdraw anytime
so i m now waiting for new Tbills and SSB, i will park here to enjoy the interest that they will credit in next month
if tbills wind direction not higher than 3.5, just continue park here

Timing of cash flow differs, since the base interest is credited earlier you get a slight up lift due to compounding

Correct. But to get any interest FastSaver is minimum 1K. StarSaver think is minimum 5K.
