Just for general reference & illustration, below is the latest T&Cs (Oct promo) for both New customer & Existing customer. The T&Cs applicable and relevant to you should be the older versions.

T&Cs for New Customers (promo period Oct):
https://www.cimb.com.sg/content/dam...cs-governing-casa-bonus-interest-promo-23.pdf
refer to point#9 illustration table (each mth-end balance must be higher than the previous mth-end balance)

T&Cs for Existing Customers (promo period Oct):
https://www.cimb.com.sg/content/dam...overning-casa-bonus-interest-promo-23-etb.pdf
refer to point#11 illustration table (each mth-end balance must be higher than the comparison month’s mth-end balance (you need to know which is your comparison month’s mth-end balance since your T&Cs is the older versions)

note: I am still not clear whether you are New customer or Existing customer and for which month promo. Hope you have clarified this with the bank & previously downloaded the relevant T&Cs for the promo that you are supposed to be in.
very nice of you
i hope the newbies will take time to read

Looks like existing customer and New Customer the month end balance for bonus interest is different.
Guys pls help to check if the below table is correct for New Customer?

Just to inform some readers much earlier has also flagged even which month you enrol to the casa as slightly different TnC. E.g Aug TnC for new, existing differs slightly from Sep TnC for new, existing. Basically they sort of "tighten" a bit of criteria for Sep vs Aug TnC last I check.

Aug TnC for existing. This mean throughout the campaign period of different months we always compare against 31 July 2023
10. Incremental Fresh Funds Balance refers to comparing end-day-balance on that day against that
of 31 July 2023 (“Comparison Month End-Day Balance”). For example: the daily end-of-day
balance is compared against the Comparison Month End-Day Balance until the end of the
Bonus Interest/Profit Earning Period.

This table is for New customer right? If so, looks logical to me.
Yes it's for new customer signed up this month, thanks for the confirmation. Looks like doesn't care how much money inside FastSaver before the last day of the month, as long as the last day of the month withdraw out the money and leave a small amount easy to hit for the next month can ler. Wonder if the last day of the month withdraw all out and leave kosong can still eligible for the bonus interest? 🤔

I opened account as new customer in Aug, I gotten my bonus interest on the 20th of September and also basic interest on end September, but I zero the account on 4th of October and intend to put money back on 31st October so month end balance is same or higher than September month end balance, do I earn the bonus interest for the first 3 days and last day of October for my case?

Thanks in advance for all advice.

There was a CIMB App update via google playstore. After the update i have the same error message. Just need to reset the password.
Unable to log in and unable to reset password also. The call centre already close shop, how can they do it this way, what if have urgent banking needs?

I called them and they said they had started maintenance around 7pm, asked me to try to login after 10pm
