Any one received the bonus interest for Jul, Aug, Sep cycle yet? Tnc says supoose to be 31 Oct but nothing yet

Dear all,
Any guidance how the interest calculated for this fastersaver account promotion?

I am an existing account holder and my September balance is $0. I transfer in 15k around Oct 14. Then Giro in $1k around Oct 28. Then I got an interest $8.9 on Oct 31.
I couldn't figure out how this 8.9 is calculated.

Seek yr experts help. Thanks!

The $8.9 is your base interest. The additional 0.5% suppose to be credited by Nov end of working day.

Most ridiculous bank. I am not going to take part in any of their promotion anymore.

For the 0.5% inward transfer, The statement reflect SI and is GIRO. Just because the bank transferring the money to cimb didn't put description as SI-CIMB I am not eligible for the interest.

Gosh, waste of time better to go to GXS, where interest is credited daily don't need to have all these uncertainty and need to call their customer service to check lol

Yes it will be 3.3% on your incremental balance only. It is a different promotion from their salary credit.

The salary credit is 0.5% on your first 25k.

Want to know if you are eligible please call the bank to check monthly. Later got some stunt lol
