How to set up monthly giro transfer to cimb from DBS?

U need ur the website and set up standing order. I think u can’t use the mobile app to do so. Or at least this is how I do my monthly giro transfer from comb

anyone knows for the Nov promo, under tnc clause 4d, if I participated in Jul promo and also deposited some fresh fund, will I still qualify?

I've checked with the CSO who said yes, but I just want to confirm if anyone also checked on this.

For this case, i would take the CSO word for it as it is also clear from the TnC,

"Not have previously deposited any minimum incremental balance of S$5,000 in fresh funds in the Qualifying Account from 1 to 31 October 2024 or 1 to 30 September 2024"

that you are not part of these batches.

Are the CSO words saved or logged somewhere? If it is at least saved, more assurance or can be used as weapon against them

Ya, that why posted it, saw that there is a increase in same question whenever a new promo batch appears or the typical "when is my bonus coming in"

Someone else could also just quote my post if those typical questions are asked, and i try see if i can maintain it every month lol

Yea, all in now!

Just 1 more minor thing.
Do note that the base interest has dropped , so the base interest awarded at end of month will be lower than what you get in Jul Aug Sept with the same amount.
But overall, once you get the bonus, it should match the 3.3%

i didn't ask CSO
i assume myself

because september i only pull out , didn't deposit .... incoming only few hundred dollar interest , didn't hit the 5k
october was no activity

Yes.
Which month did you first deposit more 5K or more? We wil take that month as your promo batch

If you first deposited in Jul means your cycle is Jul Aug Sept... Perfect to join this Nov promo
If you first deposited in Aug means your cycle is Aug Sept Oct... Your promo ended, but your oct end of month is high, no point to join this Nov promo
If you first deposited in Sept means your cycle is Sept Oct Nov... You are still halfway into your promo
If you first deposited in Oct means your cycle is Oct Nov Dec... You also also still halfway into your promo

If you still have doubt, always contact CSO

Wah this one abit hard.

According to TnC, your Aug and Sept top up should be counted as top up to your Jul batch promo as your first trigger was in July (5k incremental top up)

Aug tnc -
not have previously deposited any minimum incremental balance of S$5,000 in fresh funds from 1 to 31 July 2024 or 1 to 30 June 2024.

Sept tnc -
Not have previously deposited any minimum incremental balance of S$5,000 in fresh funds from 1 to 31 August 2024, 1 to 31 July 2024 or 1 to 30 June 2024.

So based on those 2 sentence, you "should" be safe and eligible for Nov 24 promo
But i would still contact CSO to be on the safe side.

If you require the TnC, i have the archived TnC few post back. Just download them and use it to show the CSO if needed

Very confusing now. If I wd everything on 31 Aug and only have $1 on 31 Oct, I can participate, right?

So together with the SI transfer of additional 0.5% for 25k, technically can get 3.8% for 25k from Nov till 31 Jan 2025, correct ma?
