If yes, will the bonus interest cover for the month of Dec and Jan?

From my understanding the EIR is average 3.2% , I also hoot more then 100 in

I contacted them using that back in mid dec on a sunday.
They got back to me 2 working days, though with a very generic answer.

When did you sent them? Maybe want to try again after the holidays?

My understanding was either salary credit OR SI transfer can qualify for the $150 rewards, but called up the CS today and was told that need to do both to qualify. Kind of confuse now. Anyone can confirm ?

Should be either. The CS English comprehension skills is in doubt. It's either or.

I was also very shocked when the CSO said that need to have both conditions met to be eligible for the $150 reward.

Anyway, it should be credited by 31-Jan, so let's see then
