They guarantee you can get it within 2 weeks of release. As for if they are authorise dealer, I have no idea. They could have strike a deal with apple like other telcos or they collab with other authorise dealer.

They might have been allocated X number. So once the order online is filled up, they close shop. Very much like how a wanton new stall do business
