Hi! Let’s say I’m using their usual $28 plan and I saw a promo on a plan, how do i switch over?

Chat with CSO's and demand the offer to be extended to you else state you port out. They will try to divert you with something but insist on what you wanted. Try your luck.

When I was with them they gave me temporary offsets but since they did not meet my primary demand I walked off.

They renew this promotion on a regular basis, often at the last few days of the calendar month. Try your CIS code month end and see if it reflects 12 months.

actually the CIS promo for circles life with everything free is 'ongoing'. pretty much i have been received new one not long after the current one is over.

with 100GB data and unlimited calls at only $18/mo is indeed cheap.

Upon closer look, i realized my CIS Email (with 12-Month unlimited everything) states it's only a 'June Flash Deal' :s13:

Now, it's back to 3 Month already.

Hopefully, like what you said, new promo will come soon...
