Abit too premature to just discard. Some patience would have helped. TBH, not many $5 non senior plan around with 1TB.

Quite frustrating not sure if you would understand, spent nearly a day activating / mobile otp / face scan / taking photos of my ID / speaking to 2-3 agents who asked the same thing over and over again, maybe you have the patience but I don’t. lol…

Is ok, i respect that everyone has their threshold, maybe MVNO not suitable for you that is.

I would think CL is really 1 of the kind. Those who have not encountered any issue with them will like them with their generous data at low price, the rest of us would rather avoid it at all cost. The heart attack is not worthwhile. 😱

I only use my CL line at home with a 5G router. Signal is the strongest at home compared to Singtel, Starhub and their MVNOs. I think this use case is okay. Never use the line outside before. So crossing my fingers that nothing bad happens to my home CL line after reading this thread.

Not about signal issue, it is the plan policies that may flip flop every now and then to increase their revenue that frustrate users. 🤣

I see. Hope my bare plan with no AI or roaming will not get prata'ed by them. If it happens, then have to go back to Maxx or M1.
