In the App - > account - > settings - > security option
Scroll down look for SecureMe
Swipe to left to toggle it off.

Thanks for your information
Indeed, pattern many many.
Going to port out soon.

To turn off SecureMe permanently:

* Call our customer service at +65 8808 6868 between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Sunday.
* Ask the agent to deactivate SecureMe on your account.

Once it’s switched off, it’ll stay off unless you choose to enable it again. If you need more help, you can ask to speak to a customer representative agent.

Didn't even bother to call the customer service hotline, it is forever busy! Just put your request via live chat will do, they don't even put in effort to retain you. Do take note, they charge by full month, no such thing as partial or prorated billing!!

I called. Just note that they will try a lot of ways to get the customer to not switch off SecureMe. My CSO even tried to offer $10 credits.

Hmm, as per the bills, partially pro-rated and partially not pro-rated for the first month. Not pro-rated for the later months.

I used Circles.Life for only about two month plus with the three month free 5G trial. When I called the hotline to cancel after two months plus, the hotline seemed to be pretty okay and indeed they did not bother to retain me as a user. Guess it was because I never paid any money to them anyway this time.

They do keep sending me lousy offer emails to ask me to come back. Not a problem for me though as I anyway keep all the junks in my Gmail Inbox.

If I port out from Circle Life next week, Tuesday, I still have an upcoming bill amount charged between 1 and 15 August. Can I still port out to Zym?
