Anyone use iPhone 11 pro max with Singtel as primary and circle esim as secondary?

I facing problem connecting the data network everytime when phone called is ended.

IPhone 11 Pro Max supports only 1 active SIM during a call. Eg when Singtel in a call, Circle Life will be cut off from network.

After call, Circle Life will be regaining to the network.

Any 4G+4G or 4G+3G smartphone will only have the line that is on active voice call to be connected to the network. The another line will be put on hold.

The only exception is when your iPhone is using WiFi Calling, then both lines are still connected to the network.

If your main voice line is SingTel and data line is Circles, whenever you receive the voice call on SingTel, if the "Allow Mobile Data Switching" option is off, you will not be able to data at all. It will only recover after your call has ended and reconnected back to Circles.

Also, if your voice line, for whatever reason, dropped back from 4G to 3G during the voice call (SRVCC), the iPhone may be cut from the internet until you airplane mode and un-airplane mode. That happened to me a few times before, but idk now with iOS 13.6.1/13.7 if the issue is still there.

Just happen when I on the call. My iMessage will all paused. Only when data line (circle) regain back the network. Then all message will come in.

That is what I faced with the problem. Also when on speaker phone. I also cannot retrieve email or search something on the internet.
I think I will use the mobile data switching function .

Do note that if your SingTel plan do not have mobile data (or plan bundle exceeded), any charges is on you. Data will be routed via SingTel 3G/4G network, not M1/Circles 3G/4G network when you're on a voice call via text SingTel line.

technically I only pay $9.5 per month for 50GB, 1000 mins talktime and 1000 sms after minus off all the perks I enjoyed by signing up the line.

Importantly I manage to switch back to red telco with VoLTE as well.

Hey all, facing an odd issue with my CL flexin plan.

If I reject an incoming phonecall, every subsequent incoming call gets routed to a user nt available message. Interestingly, they get a starhub user not available not available. Once while testing, I even get a m1 user not available message.

I have to restart my phone to receive calls normally again.

My Giga line on sim 2 does not have issues. Just this CL line in sim 1

Anyone encountered this b4?

Could be that you've configured some sort of call forwarding before, by accident or otherwise.

I think Circles life hinted 5G coming for their plans next year. But for commercial launch

waahh.. facing another problem with my flexi line. DBS authentication SMS not coming in. Have to keep calling DBS to reroute.

Anyone else facing issues?
