Basically this kind of plans is to let you have an 1st hand xperiences FOC, b4 u uptake their full plan(base on what its said on hwz review)

i got a very bad experience due to porting - it took them exactly 7 month to refund - well Operation Mgr apologies for their internal system issue. I waste about 7 month through email. I thought i was the only unlucky one but the news came out from a reporter - i m not the only one. I ask for compensation but they say refund is sufficient enough and i really hope their CEO knew about this issue instead sweep into the hidden carpet.

there no free incoming call except pay extra $2 per month.

the piss me part is like your recent encounter - template answer with no answer/solution to question.

issue number but unable to track when problem arise but blame on their system failure instead of human issue.

no harm trying due to their budget, innnovative, competitor to the 3 bully teleco.

The free plan comes with 20GB data 100 minutes talk time and 20 SMS.. Good amount of data to go around to test..

Not compulsory to switch.. You can cancel the trial anytime before 31st Dec 2017 in the circle care app N your current number will not be port over.. Haha.. Indeed can be cancelled anytime.. Haha

They are still miles away from our Telco but at least the live chat is fast to responds.. Haha.. I waited for 1.5h on the phone with Starhub CustomerCare before.. Haha

If or after u port over, the Simcard they provide will be the same number as yr current number.
