For endorsement, get some one in your working environment whom has CISSP certified. Go gossip around in the office, maybe you know a colleague or two whom has this certification.

If you do not have colleagues, you may wish to ask around your friend's circle, or during the class (where you attended the classroom training).

To get endorsement, you need their ISC2 number, their full name (last name, and first name).

is it ok if your colleague is a peer level instead of a more senior positions?

As long as the person has good standing cissp. Isc2 don’t really have the requirements on the person’s position.

thanks bro

found this on their website

Endorsement
The application must be endorsed and digitally signed by an (ISC)² certified professional. If you do not know an (ISC)² certified professional in good standing, (ISC)² can act as an endorser for you. The (ISC)² certified professional is anyone who:

Is able to attest to your professional experience
Is an active (ISC)² credential holder in good standing
The endorser will attest that your assertions regarding professional experience are true to the best of the endorser’s knowledge, and that you are in good standing within the cybersecurity industry. You will need the endorser’s member/certification number when filling out the online application.

Once your endorsement application has been approved, the final step in the process is to pay your first Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) . If you already hold an (ISC)² certification you will not have to pay an additional AMF for your latest certification.

Just go gossip or mingle around in your office.

I am sure there may have one or two certified cissp person awaiting to be found.

my **** bosses are either fraudster, selfish or both.

i checked their linkedin, saw that they are cissp so approached them to endorse. all of them said that it has expired many years ago. one even asked " wow how many months did u take to prepare for the exam, which textbook did u use ?, any tips? is it easy ?"

i was thinking to myself ' if he has taken the exam before, why did he ask those questions'.

it is like a senior doctor asking a fresh graduate what is the exam format and how many years attached to a hospital, which textbook to use.

Exam outline has changed. In the past, it was 250 questions and 6 hours. And it become 3 hours.

And after i google what is ****, i found this https://mothership.sg/2019/11/what-the-heck-is-****-should-you-be-angry-at-it-explained/

I dont wish to comment much after reading. I know too much. =:p

Haha I see!

So is the NTUC course useful or would self study suffice ah?

The practice questions are a test of your knowledge of security.

Passing the exam requires the right mindset.
