Really disappointed with Citibank, they increase the min deposit amount to $15,000 without informing us and end up i was charge $15 per month for Account service fee.

I have been with citibank for more than 10 years and i think its time to terminate my account there

Any bros here face the same issue? Don't you think $15,000 for min deposit is far too high?

they did informed last year and gave existing customers without the $15k TRB 6 months grace before actually charging the fee.

I am not sure why are you whining now cos apart from physical mail sent since last year, the monthly statements also highlighted this new fee since last year.

Can request to waive. If you don't find it useful, just leave $0 or close it.

i call them already and they will refund me back.

Don't u think they will lose alot of customer by setting $15,000 as the minimum amt?
