Hello

Just discovered City Payall on my City PREMIERMILES.
Do you recommend to pay the rent or schools fees?
Extra cost is ard 2% for each transaction. Not sure worth it?
Thanks and best regards

Is it worth it? Only you can answer that question. Look for articles about valuing miles.

this 1 you can calculate yourself.

Depends on what you redeem your miles for, and you will know how much is the redeemed item worth, and you can calculate how much you need to spend in order for you to get that item. you will be able to calc whether that's worth it.

I'm new to Citi PayAll.
Due to this new promotion (2.5mpd) until end August, I'm planning to pay my rent using Citi PayAll (been using RentHero)
I'm trying to setup the payment to my landlord since yesterday but it gave me error message after key in OTP from the sms. It mentioned that error to process payee information.

I'm 200% very sure all information is correct. The bank is DBS. Anyone knows about this issue? I talked with customer service but they promised to look into this issue. Is there other way to setup citi payall other than mobile apps?

have anyone tried paying singtel bills using citipayall?
Payall is not meant to do things such as telco bill payments like that. And besides, there's way better ways to collect miles by paying directly to singtel than payall

Im holding the same card and have the same dilemma. I did pay off the tuition fees via payall especially so with the recently pay all promotion of 2.5miles.

I thought it was a pretty good and quick way to accumulate miles. but I feel the best way would be to pay tuition fees as a new to bank customer, that’s gives way more value
