City tour?

Any recommendations for city tour? My parents are quite elderly hence cannot walk long distances, pref city tour in bus.. hop on and off look see type.

Changi recommends also got sell the hop on hop off bus tour ticket. but not sure which is cheaper compared to klook. basically, i got alot of things from wifi to attractions tickets from them back then for my taiwan trip also.. probably can research between klook and changi recommends to see which is cheaper
