Clearing notification on 5s

How do I clear notification (from missed tap)?
There's no "clear" option, unlike the "All" tap?

Oh so it's automatic? Is there a setting option for it? There's no way that we can manually clear it? Just like we are able to clear items from "All" tap?
Kind of weird to see those hanging there.:s8:
