Hi all!

I got my queue number and selection date for 5 room clementi ridges already. Let's discuss more about this estate here in this thread.

One question i have is, does anyone find the Optional Component Scheme super expensive?? $2830 for doors... i can easily get that done for under $2k!

Hey can I ask when is your selection date? Im applying for 5 rm too.

Anyway have you gotten the package with all the details? I havnt gotten mine yet.

4-room bookings start first... interesting..


Anyway, i guess that they go about 10 queue numbers per day.

those below 10 i think have their appt on 7th may =P

yes, for those of us who get low numbers, the pricelist has been sent to us already.

the waiting game sucks, seeing the units get booked one by one... i think i go there pick up rubbish only... tsk.

interesting to note that from the 4-room selection so far, most people are going for 312C... they not scared of the highway noise ah?

dunno why too... i tot 312B will be better choice... maybe 312C more pop cos dun have 3 room people with them, they wanna feel more "atas" lol....

the tiles given are pocelain tiles.... any idea if it's homogenous? I guess prices are set with consideration given to the possibility in the increased material cost (4-5 yrs down the road) ?

they do look like homogenous tiles to me, the sample is at hdb hub. I don't think prices will rise that much in 5 years..

what's your queue number? i'm keen to know roughly how many numbers they do per day..

And do you think the OCS pricing is expensive too?

if u look at prices carefully, u will notice in each of the blocks, some floors have a huge jump in price...
