Cloning with 1 SATA

I am using Intel NIC with single SATA SSD. I want upsize the SSD.
How do I do it with only single drive?

buy a larger SSD and clone it across with either USB or another SATA port.

use can use tools like

i.e Samsung Magician (if your SSD is by Samsung)
Acronis
Norton Ghost

and etc.

I noticed Samsung Pro no more 10years warranty? Did i get it wrong?

A standalone SATA to USB cable, example > SSD Notebook Upgrade Tool Kit

For cloning software > MiniTool Portable Partition Wizard

Once clone the OS and partitions completed you can swap the SSD.

Start from safe mode and remove the installed driver
